With 130 years in the service of the Lord, the Morning Star Baptist Church of Christ has been richly blessed to serve its community in need and to be a sanctuary to those who seek spiritual guidance in their life's journey.
Our Mission
Morning Star Baptist Church of Christ, known as the “Witnessing Church”, has always followed the word of God. Our mission is to bring souls to Christ through prayer, worship and teaching the holy word. "The Star" has remained a presence in the community it seeks to serve by leading souls to Christ, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, educating young and old, and modeling a Christian spirit and behavior.
Why MSBCOC?
We implement programs and projects that will serve and enhance the greater community. As a church we strive to carry out the “Great Commission” Matthew 28:19-20. We have a holistic spiritual mission that reaches out and embraces one another as a church family while acknowledging that God is our Rock and Savior. We shall forever give Him all the glory and praise.
